The Breakfast Martini.
It’s not a Martini, but for me it is the perfect drink for a brunch, or a late breakfast. It’s tangy, citrusy, well balanced, and I love the touch of bittersweet orange marmalade. This ingredient is key, which I mixed with fresh lemon juice, Cointreau and Bulldog gin to pair with all the citrus notes.

Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Gin: 1.75 oz (52.5 ml).
- Cointreau: 0.5 oz (15 ml).
- Lemon Juice: 0.5 oz (15 ml).
- Orange Marmalade: 1 tsp.
- Garnish: orange zest.
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
- Double strain into a coupe.
- Express the oils from the orange zest and us it as garnish.
